Steps:

  1. Place the sheet tightly around the nose and adhere it smoothly to the central part of the face.

  2. Adjust the sheet along the forehead, eyebrow line, and under the nose for a snug fit.

  3. Wrap the sheet around the chin and jawline, hooking it over the ears for a lifting effect.

  4. Leave the sheet on for 10–20 minutes based on your skin type (e.g., sensitive skin: 10 minutes, oily skin: 20 minutes).

  5. Gently remove the sheet and rinse your face with warm water, ensuring all residue is cleared.
